Rawpool Rules

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

These Rules govern participation in all challenges offered on the Rawpool platform.By joining a challenge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Rules.

Joining & Challenge Flow

1

Participant Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, have an active Instagram account, and be responsible for ensuring that participation is permitted where you live. Each participant may use only one Rawpool account to enter a challenge. Rawpool may disqualify accounts reasonably determined to violate this rule.

2

Challenge Registration

Each challenge displays its entry fee, registration period, start and end dates, and capacity. Entry is confirmed only after payment succeeds, Rawpool confirms registration, the challenge remains open, capacity remains available, and you are otherwise eligible to enter. Successful payment submission alone does not guarantee participation. No additional participants may join after registration closes.

3

Challenge Schedule

Each challenge follows the sequence below:

Registration
Challenge Begins
Daily Challenge Assignment
Submission Review
Next Challenge Day
Final Challenge Day
Final Review
Winner Determination
Prize Pool Distribution

Each task opens and closes at the same moment for all participants. Rawpool displays deadlines in the participant’s local time zone. The official deadline is determined by Rawpool’s server time. Changing a device, browser, location, or displayed time zone does not change or extend a deadline.

4

Daily Challenge Tasks

The same published task and criteria apply to all participants in a challenge. Task themes and formats may vary. Before entering, participants can review the challenge description, entry fee, schedule, and published requirements.

Submissions & Verification

5

Task Submission

For the MVP, required proof is a publicly accessible Instagram Reel URL. You may submit one Reel link for each required challenge day, before that task's deadline. A submitted link is final and cannot be replaced or submitted again for the same task. Missing a required submission deadline results in elimination from that challenge.

6

Submission Review and Appeals

Rawpool reviews submissions against the published challenge criteria. A submission may be Pending Review, Approved, or Rejected. Rawpool does not guarantee a particular review timeframe.

A rejected submission may be appealed once before the appeal deadline shown by Rawpool. The default appeal period is 120 minutes (2 hours) from rejection. An open appeal must be resolved before final challenge results are finalized. If an appeal is reversed, the submission becomes approved. If a rejection is upheld, or the appeal deadline expires without a valid appeal, the participant may be eliminated under these Rules.

7

Elimination and Disqualification

A participant may be eliminated or disqualified for missing a required deadline, failing to satisfy published task criteria, submitting unrelated, false, or manipulated material, attempting to deceive Rawpool, using more than one account, or materially violating these Rules. Elimination ends participation in the current challenge but does not by itself prevent future participation.

Winners & Rewards

8

Eligible Finishers and Winners

To remain eligible for the final prize pool, a participant must complete all seven required challenge days, have all required submissions approved, not be eliminated, satisfy these Rules, and have no unresolved review or appeal preventing finalization. The number of eligible finishers is not predetermined. In participant-facing materials, eligible finishers who receive a prize may be called winners.

9

Challenge Entry, Prize Pool, and Platform Fee

Before payment, each challenge displays the Challenge Entry, the Rawpool Platform Fee, and the total amount due.

The Rawpool Platform Fee is between 18% and 20% of the Challenge Entry. The exact Platform Fee applicable to a Challenge is displayed before payment and is charged separately from the Challenge Entry.

100% of successfully collected Challenge Entry amounts, excluding refunded, reversed, or charged-back payments, are allocated to that challenge’s prize pool.

Rawpool retains the Platform Fee to cover payment processing, platform operations, administration, moderation, challenge development, and other Rawpool costs. Payment-processing costs are not deducted from the participant-facing prize pool.

For example, with a $40 Challenge Entry and a 20% Platform Fee, the Platform Fee is $8, for a total of $48 before any applicable taxes or government charges. The full $40 Challenge Entry is allocated to the prize pool.

Any eligible rollover added to a challenge’s prize pool is not subject to an additional Platform Fee.

The final distributable prize pool is divided equally among eligible winners, subject only to unavoidable rounding to whole cents. Any remaining cents are allocated using a consistent deterministic method.

10

Zero-Winner Rollover

If a challenge ends with no eligible winners, no winner payouts are created and the final distributable prize pool rolls over to the next eligible Rawpool challenge. Zero eligible winners do not create participant refunds. An inherited rollover is added to the next eligible challenge's prize pool and is not subject to an additional Platform Fee. If another challenge also ends with no eligible winners, the rollover may continue forward. Cancelled or archived challenges do not receive a rollover.

11

Cancellation and Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable after entry, except when Rawpool cancels the challenge. If Rawpool cancels a challenge, eligible successfully collected entry payments are refunded in full, and Rawpool does not retain the Platform Fee from those cancelled-challenge payments. This cancellation policy is different from a zero-winner outcome: zero winners result in rollover, not a refund.

Accounts, Conduct & Platform Rules

12

Payouts

After final results are confirmed, Rawpool processes eligible winner payouts. Payout status may be shown in the participant account. Rawpool does not guarantee a specific payout or review timeframe.

13

Participant Accounts and Conduct

You must keep account information accurate and may not share, sell, purchase, transfer, or use another person's account. You may not use bots or automation to circumvent the platform, interfere with the service, commit fraud, or violate applicable law. Rawpool may suspend an account or invalidate challenge results where reasonably necessary to protect challenge integrity.

14

Challenge Changes or Cancellation

Rawpool should not materially alter the competitive requirements of an active challenge in a way that unfairly changes the competition. Rawpool may make reasonably necessary administrative, technical, safety, compliance, or clarification changes. If a change cannot be made fairly, Rawpool may cancel the challenge under Rule 11.

15

Participant Responsibility

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for reviewing the challenge requirements and deciding whether you can safely complete them. You are responsible for your health, personal safety, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

16

Limitation of Liability

The Rawpool platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rawpool is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or participation in a challenge.

17

Changes to These Rules

Rawpool may update these platform-wide Rules from time to time. The current version is published on the Platform. When entering a challenge, participants must accept the current version of these Rules and Terms; the accepted versions are retained for audit purposes. An update must not retroactively change a completed challenge's results.

18

Final Provisions

These Rules govern participation in Rawpool challenges. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. For questions, contact Rawpool Support.
