Rawpool ("Rawpool," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your personal data. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in a Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use governing your use of the Platform.
2. Information We Collect.
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect the following categories of information.
Account and contact information you provide may include your optional public display name, email address, profile image where enabled, and support or contact information you voluntarily provide.
If you choose to set a public display name, that name may be displayed publicly in The Field.
Challenge and participation information may include Instagram Reel URLs submitted as challenge proof, submission timestamps, submission review and appeal information, your challenge participation history, and information relating to prizes and payouts. Rawpool receives submitted Instagram Reel URLs and does not connect to your Instagram account for challenge participation.
If you sign in through a third-party authentication provider such as Google, Rawpool may receive basic account information made available by that provider, such as your email address, name, and profile image, depending on the permissions used.
Payments on the Platform are processed by independent third-party payment service providers. Rawpool does not store your complete payment-card information. We may receive limited payment or transaction information from payment providers as reasonably necessary to confirm transactions, process refunds, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain financial records.
Technical and security information may include your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, language, and usage or security logs where collected by the Platform or its service providers.
3. How We Use Your Information.
We process personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including to: Provide and operate the Platform; Create and manage user accounts; Administer Challenges; Verify compliance with applicable Challenge Rules; Determine eligible winners; Process payments and prize payouts; Display information or content publicly where you have chosen or consented to public display; Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms; Maintain the security and integrity of the Platform; Communicate with users; Comply with applicable legal obligations; Improve the Platform, its functionality, and the overall user experience. RAWPOOL DOES NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.
4. Sharing of Information.
We may share your personal information only as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law. We may disclose your information to the following categories of recipients: Service Providers We may share information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, cloud hosting, data storage, technical support, fraud prevention, and customer support. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services and are subject to applicable contractual, technical, or legal safeguards. Legal Requirements We may disclose personal information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, governmental request, or other legal process, or if we reasonably believe such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our Terms, safeguard users, investigate fraud, or comply with legal obligations. Business Transfers If Rawpool is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
If you voluntarily submit content for publication on the Rawpool Wall and provide the required consent, an approved public version of that content and any public name or handle information you chose to provide may be displayed publicly. Content you upload is not automatically published on the Rawpool Wall.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies.
Rawpool may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Platform, maintain user sessions, authenticate users, provide security features, prevent fraud, and remember essential preferences.
Rawpool does not currently use cookies for third-party advertising or behavioral advertising. If Rawpool later introduces optional analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy and the applicable cookie disclosures will be updated as required.
6. Data Retention.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, administer Challenges, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect our legitimate business interests. When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
7. Your Rights.
Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal information, obtain a copy of your personal information, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of your personal information, request restriction of processing, object to certain types of processing, and withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent. 8. Data Security.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information electronically is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
9. Children's Privacy.
The Platform is intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are not eligible to use the Platform. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from an individual who is not eligible to use the Platform, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
10. International Data Transfers.
By using the Platform, you understand and acknowledge that your personal information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable, we take reasonable measures to ensure that international transfers of personal information are subject to appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable data protection laws.

The Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this version takes effect.
